Installation Process
Step 1 – Survey & Prep
We assess your slab, repair cracks and diamond-grind or shot-blast to remove dust, paint and contaminants.
Step 2 – Moisture & Repairs
We apply moisture-tolerant primers or barriers if required and infill defects.
Step 3 – Primer
A specialist resin primer is rolled on to ensure maximum adhesion.
Step 4 – Epoxy Base & Design
We pour the epoxy base coat and add your chosen flakes, colours or metallic effects.
Step 5 – Topcoat
A clear, UV-stable topcoat seals the system, boosting gloss and durability.
Step 6 – Cure Time
Light foot traffic is usually possible after 24 hours; vehicles after ~72 hours (project dependent).
